PROCESSING, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for visiting and shopping AngelFayss Productions / www.angelfaysspro.com.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Processing and Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed and prepared for shipment the next business day.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and shipments may be delayed a few days.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

      Overnight*             1 business day              $15.00

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO Addresses

AngelFayss Productions ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and the following APO / FPO addresses:

AA - Armed Forces Americas
AE - Armed Forces Europe
AP - Armed Forces Pacific

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  ​For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

AngelFayss Productions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

AngelFayss Productions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene / sanitary concerns, returns will not be accepted and all sales for cosmetics items are deemed final.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may receive an AngelFayss Cosmetics eGift Card or in-store credit for the amount of the item(s) less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase.
