How long does it take for orders to be processed?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
When can I expect the delivery of my order?
The estimated delivery time for Standard Delivery is 3-5 business days.
How do I receive a Lifetime Loyalty Discount Code?
AngelFayss Cosmetics honors qualifying customers with a 30% off Lifetime Loyalty Discount Code. In order to qualify, customers need to purchase a minimum of 10 items to receive the discount code. Once a customer meets the qualification, a unique code will be emailed to the customer for immediate use and can only be applied to orders made in their name.

When will I receive confirmation of my shipment?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
What do I do if the package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Once packages are placed in the care of the carrier, AngelFayss Productions and AngelFayss Cosmetics is not liable for lost or damaged packages. If your order is lost or damaged, you will need to contact the shipment carrier via the provided tracking number to file a claim. All packaging material and damaged goods will need to be saved when filing a claim.
Can I return makeup products?
Due to hygiene and sanitary concerns, returns will not be accepted and all sales for cosmetic items are deemed final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a AngelFayss Cosmetics eGift Card or in-store credit for the amount of the item(s) within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges are excluded).
